Delete your account

Closing the account erases the team’s data — but not instantly, and not before you can take a copy. The order matters, so this one has steps.

1. From the Admin section, open Data & Account and click Download data (JSON) first.

   Export while you still can — deletion erases everything, and this is the only copy you keep.

2. Click Delete team and confirm by typing the team’s name.

3. For 30 days the same screen offers Undo — restore team. After that it can’t be undone.

   A deletion made in haste, or by the wrong person, is recoverable — your documentation is worth more than a single click.
