Share a flow with someone who has no account

Sometimes the person who needs the picture is a contractor, an auditor, or a teammate in another org. You can give them the flow without giving them a login.

1. Open the flow and use its Share link action. Choose a link that expires in 7 days, or a Permanent link that never expires — both are public and read-only.

   The 7-day link is the safe default: if it leaks, it stops working on its own. Use a permanent link only when the recipient needs standing access.

2. Send the link. The other end opens it in the browser — no account, no sign-in.

3. A flow has one active link at a time, so switching kinds replaces it: creating a permanent link revokes the 7-day one, and vice versa, issuing a fresh URL.

4. To cut access, revoke it from Shared Links (see "Revoke a share link"). For a permanent link, revoking is the only control — a forgotten one keeps working until you do.
