Move or copy a flow to another workspace

A flow doesn’t have to stay in the workspace it was born in. You can copy it to another (the original untouched) or move it (the original deleted) — and the dialog is explicit about which.

1. Right-click the flow in the left sidebar and choose Move / Copy…. Pick a Destination Workspace.

2. Leave Delete from original workspace unchecked to COPY — the original stays exactly where it is. Check it to MOVE — the original, along with its notes and any share links, is deleted.

   A copy never touches the original; a move is the only thing that removes it, and the dialog spells out what goes.

3. Click Confirm Transfer.

   Moving a flow into a schema-backed workspace? Name its objects fully-qualified (schema.Object) so they link to your catalog. Anything unqualified or freeform arrives unlinked (red) — click Link to catalog to attach it.

4. If the destination is a team workspace, the flow becomes visible to everyone on your team — the dialog warns you before you confirm.
